This National Park includes open forest, coastal vegetation, heath and sandy beaches. The grassy plains behind Bakers Beach were once part of a farm; they now support a large wildlife population of forester kangaroos, wombats and wallabies. The long arc of Bakers Beach provides excellent swimming. Camping facilities are basic, but the park is a most enjoyable place to stay.
